Electric Outflow / In line and Circulation

We offer a comprehensive range of Steam Outflow Heaters that are specially designed to produce hot liquid solution using steam. These heaters consists of a mild steel vessel having a flanged body for bolting directly to the wall of storage tanks. A flanged outlet is fitted to heaters as standard and an oil return may also be fitted. The heater shrouds are vented to prevent air pockets.

These heaters are specifically designed by us for various types of industrial application and to achieve smooth condensation to eliminate or avoid water hammering, vibrations and noise which is commonly observed in the conventional systems. We are offering two types of Steam Outflow Heaters that are as follows:

Electric Oil Outflow Heaters

These heaters are fitted with unbreakable withdrawal type elements having electric outflow and in line and circulation terminals and bus bars enclosed in a terminal box. Flameproof terminal enclosures may also be fitted.

We offer a range of Circulation Heaters that are provided with self-contained heating units designed for optimum operating efficiency and performance. This is accomplished combining heating elements, vessel, insulation, terminal enclosure, mounting brackets and inlet and outlet connections into a complete assembly.

All of the heat generated by the elements is immediately transferred to the medium being processed with minimal. Made from pressure rated flange, heater assemblies mated with a pressure vessel (tank) circulation heaters are designed to heat forced circulation air, gases or liquids.
