Since our establishment, we are engaged in manufacturing and exporting a wide range of silicon Carbide Element that is extensively used for wiring both terminals from one side of furnace. This element is ideal for drop-through designs, radiant tube systems or where one element will not span the heating chamber. The extremities of the elements are metailized with aluminum to provide a low resistance contact surface to which the electrical connections are made with braided aluminum straps.

Silicon Carbide Heater | We offer a range of silicon carbide heater that is a kind of non-metal high temperature electric heating element. Thermocouple Sheathing | With our rich expertise, we are offering Thermocouple Sheathing that are manufactured using silicon carbide and molybdenum di-silicide and is used for immersion in aluminum bath for molten metal temperature control. These tubes can withstand temperature up to 1500°C and are used in degassing of non-ferrous molten metals. We manufacture these tubes in such a way that the molten metal will not be stick to it. Our range varies from 8mm – 14mm ID and 42mm – 50mm OD, with length up to 2 meters. MoSi2 Heating Elements | We offer a range of MoSi2 heating elements that are made from pure molybdenum di-silicide and is a kind of resistance heating element. In oxidizing atmosphere, a layer of compact quartz protective film is formed on the surface of MoSi2 element owing to the high temperature combustion, which prevents MoSi2 from continuously oxidizing. In oxidizing atmosphere, its max temperature can reach 1800°c and its applicable temperature is 500-1700°c. It can be widely used in such applications as sintering and heat treatment of ceramics, magnet, glass, metallurgy and refractory.
