This insulation helps in providing long service life despite being in regular use and also keeps internal part safe. These heaters can be made available with and without thermocouple with capability to deliver high temperatures of 900 degree Celsius with heating time of approximately 2 minutes.

Super High Temperature Black Infrared Heaters increase maximum possible surface rating of ceramic panel radiators in range of 64 KW / m2 to 77 KW / m2. These radiators are manufactured using hollow casting ceramic process where these have special black gaze as well as gold-plated back with thermal insulation material filling.
